G.R.A.C.E.
Notes

Where understanding begins.

This is where the work lives between sessions, between chapters, and between the moments that stay with you long after the conversation ends. G.R.A.C.E. Notes is a space for parents, healers, educators, and anyone who has ever felt something they could not name and wondered what it meant. Each piece is rooted in the same belief that shapes everything I do: fear is not the enemy. Misunderstanding it is. What you will find here are reflections, research, real moments, and practical tools — all grounded in the G.R.A.C.E. Matrix® and written for the people who want to understand themselves and the ones they care for more deeply. Read what calls to you. Come back when you need it. This is for you.

It begins with something I want to say clearly: nothing in this philosophy dismisses or minimizes the trauma that has occurred in a person's life. It offers an additional lens. One that has changed what is possible for the people I serve.
